LAMA SING: I have spoken of Laws rather than a singular. I would say that you could, however, keep uppermost in your mind that which might be considered a single rule; that is, unto others as you would have unto you might be your primary thought.
CONDUCTOR: All other Laws would stem from this one.
LAMA SING: They would, for if you consider that statement you would find, perhaps, it encompasses all which follows. Recall now, for a moment, those Laws which are written in your holy book would state many derivatives of this statement.
If you were to place yourself in a position from which you would view things as does God, you too would not have your children worship another, would you not? Nor would you have them take from one another, would you? Nor would you have them destroy one another, would you? Nor would you have them violate those things which have been previously written. So it is with the attitude you would have others be as yourself that you might direct yourself towards your soul.
If you are to follow my instructions carefully, you would be well thought of in God’s eyes, so to speak; for it is the Laws’ kindness He wishes for His Children that you would be giving to them. If you wish love and kindness for yourself, I say also unto you, wish it for your brother, and they again unto their brothers. Ultimately all the people of the Earth would live in kindness. Were this one thought to be practiced, there would be no need of war, there would be no chance for famine, there would be no disease. There would be joy on the Earth.
But it must begin, as in the past — the first step. I would clarify this point and say to you that the first step I speak of is the turning to another and the sharing of your joy with them. You would say to them: How can I help you? For I have love of you as for myself, for we are all unto God the same. We are all Children of our Father. We have all the same feelings and wants. I would share with you my joys and my sorrows, I would have you share with me yours; and we shall in turn and together seek those of yet another, and so on it shall be until we are all One unto God.
I will clarify further that you cannot have evil dwelling in a house that is so full of joy and goodness that it seeps from the very rafters of the foundation. How, then, can any other force gain entry? It cannot. I say for your own beings that you fill your houses with joys and happiness that you have love for one another as we have love for you.
Should you feel the remorse or sorrow gaining entry into your house, I would choose to sweep it away for it should not dwell therein; I wish you to seek another for the accomplishment of your joy. Should you have need, we wish you to ask. Should you have joys, we wish you to give. Should you have sorrows, I would share them with you. In these ways we shall find joy in all things and unto God.
Again I say, you should wish for others as for yourself. It will be far more convincing that you would demonstrate this unto others yourself rather than to give them a paper with the words upon it. This they can read and call unto their mind, but the actions that you all shall perform shall not vanish as the words may.
It is of God’s Law that you shall love one another, and it is this thought that you must keep before you: If you would have His Love, you would have the love of those about you, for in them He dwells also.
